Amanda McLamb is the Co-founder and CEO of Resident Culture Brewing Co., a respected business leader and trailblazer in both the Charlotte community and the international beer industry. She has dedicated her career to shaping a stronger, more inclusive future for her company, industry, and community.

Since co-founding Resident Culture in 2017, Amanda has remained committed to a mission centered on people—employees, customers, industry peers, artists, small business owners, and the Charlotte community. This vision continues to drive her daily.

As a woman and Asian-American leader, Amanda is a vocal advocate for small businesses, minority voices, and diverse perspectives. She has played a pivotal role in fostering cultural and socially relevant discussions by organizing and participating in events that champion women, BIPOC, and the LGBTQ+ community.

Through her leadership, she has helped create a space for meaningful conversations and greater visibility for underrepresented voices.

A tireless advocate for equity and inclusion, Amanda leverages both her personal and business platforms to uplift others, rallying her network in support of those in need.

Amanda was instrumental in Resident Culture’s expansion into South End, leading the development of a 10,200-square-foot taproom and restaurant, along with a 6,000-square-foot private event space that opened in 2022.
